Marcelyn Diane Isgrig, also known by family and friends as "Marcy", was born on June 2, 1953 in Ironton, Missouri, to Clyde and Lessie (Gale) Dodd. Marcy went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her family at the age of 68 years, 7 months, and 11 days.

On March 31, 1973, Marcy was united in marriage to David Neil Isgrig and they shared 48 years of life and love together. Marcy loved her family with all of her heart. She cherished every moment spent with them. Her grandkids were her world. She was so proud of them. Marcy had a smile that would light up the room. No matter what battle she may have faced with her health, She never failed to smile and worship the Lord, all the way to the end of her earthly life. Marcy loved Jesus. She and her sisters traveled together for many years singing and praising the Lord. They were known as the "Dodd Sisters". Many friendships were developed through their ministry. Marcy attended Hopewell Church of God with her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Neil Isgrig; two sons: David Isgrig (wife, Donna)

Andrew Isgrig (wife, Kelly); three grandchildren: Dylan Isgrig, Belle Hayes, Abi Hayes; one great grandson, Lathan Isgrig; two siblings: Paul Dodd (wife, Debbie) and Jean Haderlein; In-Laws: Alta Dodd, Kevin and Bonnie Isgrig, Allen and Karen Isgrig, Donna Isgrig; nieces, nephews and so many friends.

Marcy was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lessie Dodd; five siblings: Dwayne Dodd, Jim Dodd, Doris Eulentrop, Robert Dodd, and Carolyn Jackson; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Guy and Gladys Isgrig; In-Laws: Mary Dodd, Jody Jackson, and Melvin Isgrig.

A time of visitation was held Tuesday, January 18, 2022 from 5 to 8 PM at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation resumed on Wednesday, January 19, from 9 to 11 AM.

Funeral Services were conducted on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 11 AM held in the DeClue Chapel. Rev. Mandeline Robinson officiated the service.

Interment followed at the Bellevue Presbyterian Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
