Wilma “Peach” Ann Stringer

Wilma “Peach” Ann Stringer of Caledonia, was born on December 21, 1954 in Steelville, a daughter of the late Willis and Beulah Bridgman Worley. Peach went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 having reached the age of sixty-six years, three months and three days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her son, Dale (Lori) Stringer; grandchildren, Anna Stringer and Angela Stringer; siblings, Margaret Bond, Erma (Tommy) Davidson, Erline (Bill) Abney, Sharon (Tom) Skaggs, and Carol Skinner; In-laws, Steve Stringer and Brenda McCarthy; special friends, Roy and Ryan Bowyer, and Hannah Colyott; three cats, Twilight, Bonnie and Clyde. Peach is also survived by many dear nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Peach was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Beulah Worley; husband, Lenis “Lennie” Stringer; sister, Jerri Carroll; brothers-in-law, Carl Dodson, Glen Bond, Dewayne Skinner and Rick McCarthy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 27th at 12 p.m. at the DeClue Chapel with Pastor Dwight Jones officiating, assisted by Pastor George DeClue. Interment followed at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Potosi.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
