Mary “Gail” Fitzwater

Mary “Gail” Fitzwater of Moscow Mills was born on December 30, 1951, a daughter to the late Claude and Pauline Worley Hedrick. Gail passed away on December 4, 2021, having reached the age of sixty-nine years, eleven months, and four days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her children, Krystal (Ralph) Farley, Dennis (Jennifer) Fitzwater; grandchildren, Rickey Lee Turntine, Kayci (Brendan) Walter, Abigail Farley, Jake (Becca) Farley, Eryka Crisan-Oltean, McKenna Farley, Kaylee Fitzwater, Olivia Fitzwater, Trent Fitzwater, Eva Fitzwater; great-grandchildren, Ayriana, Hinsley, Gracie, and Austyn, coming soon; siblings, Danny Hedrick, Diane Shepard, Cheryl Wamser; and her beloved service dog, Peanut.

In addition to her parents, Gail was also preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Fitzwater; stepchildren, Timothy Lee Fitzwater and Shane Matthew Fitzwater; and sister, Donna Hedrick.

A visitation was held on Sunday, December 12th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home.

A celebration of life service followed the visitation at 2 p.m. at the DeClue Memorial Chapel. Interment was held at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Potosi.
