Sharon Duncan

Sharon (Bourisaw) Duncan departed this life on January 4, 2022 having reached the age of 62 years. Sharon was the daughter of the late Joseph “Fatty” Bourisaw and Mildred (Battreal) Bourisaw.
On July 9, 1988, Sharon was united in marriage to Billy Joe “Bill” Duncan. She was a loving and devoted daughter, wife mother and grandmother.
Sharon was survived by her husband Bill Duncan. He joined her in our Heavenly Father’s Kingdom on February 2, 2022 one month after Sharon entered eternal rest.
Sharon and Bill are survived by their son, Justin Duncan; daughter, Jessica Duncan; two grandchildren, Braiden Duncan and Nevaeh Laws.
Those left to mourn the passing of Sharon are five sisters, Mary Lou (Buddy Sitzes) Hochstatter, Rita Johnston, Shelba (Ronnie) Pashea, Kathy (Jerry) Pashea, Glenda (Garry) Whitten; two brothers, Paul (Wilma) Bourisaw, Morgan Bourisaw, and many other relatives.
In addition to her parents and her loving husband Bill, Sharon was preceded in death by her brothers, Roy Bourisaw, Dennis Bourisaw; sister, Patricia Johnson; brothers- in-law, Larry Johnson, Roe Johnston, Bob Hochstatter; niece Angela Parmley and nephew David Bourisaw.
A Memorial Mass to celebrate the lives of Sharon and Bill will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 10 A.M. at St. Joachim Catholic Church in Old Mines.
