FINAL BRIDGE INSPECTION

The contractor, engineer and 2nd District Commissioner Cody Brinley did a final check on the ‘South’ bridge on Delbridge Road on Monday, Feb. 28th, 2022. Both bridges are finished and open for traffic with the approaches to be asphalted as weather and materials allow in mid-April. The precast bridge beams were the hardest part of the project according to the job foreman, as they had waited for their production and delivery since last fall. The bridges have already been tested during high water with the large rain the County saw just two weeks ago.
