BANNER CONTEST JUDGING

First State Community Bank is teaming up again with the Mineral Area Arts Council to produce banners for poles through ‘Downtown Potosi’. Art entries were received from local youngsters and judging was held on Monday, Feb. 28th, 2022. Retired Art instructor John Tweedie judged local entries with the assistance of Don Thompson, F.S.C.B. and ladies from the Arts Council. Over 290 banners will be made and hung through the Mineral Area.
