Shannon Skaggs

Shannon Marie (Bradley) Skaggs of Potosi, Missouri was born June 9, 1982 in Festus, Missouri. Shannon departed this life Tuesday, April 5, 2022 having reached the age of 39 years, 9 months and 27 days.
On November 8, 2003, Shannon was united in marriage to Matthew Skaggs and they were blessed with 18 years together.
Shannon is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Matthew of Potosi, Missouri; son, Branden Skaggs of Potosi, Missouri; father, George Bradley of Bonne Terre, Missouri; step – mother, Sherry Bradley of Bonne Terre, Missouri; sister, Cassie Bradley of High Ridge, Missouri; step sisters, Muriel and Torey Watson of Park Hills, Missouri, Paige Baker of Arnold, Missouri, Kate Burns and husband Michael of Park Hills, Missouri; step brothers, Aaron Steel and wife Tabreena of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Gavin Baker of Park Hills, Missouri; sisters-in-law, Aimee Eaton and husband Matt of Potosi, Missouri, Kate Coleman of Potosi, Missouri; mother-in-law, Michelle Skaggs; grandparents, George and Betty Bradley of DeSoto, Missouri, Jeannie Skaggs of Potosi, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Shannon was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Jimmy Coleman; grandfather, Curtis Skaggs and two precious infant children.
Shannon had a kind and giving heart. She was a mother to all and always gave hugs and expressed her love to those around her. During the many trials of life, her faith kept her going. She loved nature and enjoyed going to the lake, hunting, camping. Her biggest love was her family and she cherished every moment with them. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. Her love and kindness will be greatly missed by all the lives she touched.
Visitation for Shannon was held Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 10AM-1PM at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi, Missouri.
Funeral Services were held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1PM at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi with Bro. Bob Thebeau and Bro. Rob Gerst officiating.
Burial and final prayers took place at Sunset Hills Cemetery in Potosi. Serving as pallbearers were Brandon Skaggs, Tristan Boyer, Ean Eaton, Gavin Baker, Josiah Gerst and Matt Eaton.
All services were under the care and direction of Moore Funeral Home in Potosi, Missouri.
