TURKEY TIME

Frank Skiles stopped by ‘The I-J’ on his way to clean a turkey he’d taken in Truman Lake area on Friday, April 29th. The bird was over 20+ pounds and had an 11” beard with 1 1/2” spurs. Frank also had a couple of bags of fresh morels that he’d picked up (before the turkey). He said he’d picked over 200+ mushrooms the past week or so.
