CITY/County WIDE SALE SLATED THIS SATURDAY, 7th

The City of Potosi and Washington County/Potosi Chamber of Commerce are hosting the annual Spring “City/County wide Garage Sale” for this Saturday, May 7th.

It’s not too late to get on the list, call or email ‘The I-J’!

No permit will be required by the City of Potosi to have a sale this Saturday.

All those who want to join in on the fun and be a part of this “SUPER SALE” are being asked to register their addresses with “The Independent Journal” and get their items ready for the sale.

All registered sales will be included on a map that will be available Friday night, May 6th at area retail merchants.

Sayers Senior Center is offering spots for sellers for a $10 donation on the big sale day on Lawrence Street in Potosi.

Merchants are expected to join in the Citywide Sale by conducting Sidewalk Sales, etc.

Register and join-in. The more there are the better it will be! Addresses for in town and out of town will appear on the City map.
