Sandra “Michele” Reed

Sandra “Michele” Reed of Potosi was born on December 21, 1974, in St. Louis, a daughter of Jackie (Thompson) Forrester and the late Rex Lynn Hall. Michele passed away on Monday, May 2, 2022, having reached the age of forty-seven years, four months, and eleven days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her mother, Jackie Forrester (husband, Rick); children, Travis Lands (fiancé Karen Elkins), and Cole Lands; grandchildren, Addalynn Lands, and baby girl Lands on the way; brothers, James Reed, Scott Jackson; and great grandma, Nelda Lands.

In addition to her father, Michele was preceded in death by her brother, Chad Johnson; maternal grandparents, Sam & Jean McMullin; and uncle, Sam Thompson.

Visitation was Friday, May 6th from 12 to 2 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home. A funeral service immediately followed the visitation at 2 p.m., officiated by Pastor Matt Woods. Interment followed at Bonne Terre Cemetery.
