Kaitlyn Wilson, a Senior at Potosi High School, was chosen as the 2022 recipient of the annual Weber-Richards Scholarship awarded by The Independent-Journal. The scholarship is given to a graduating Senior who plans to continue their education in education. Kaitlyn is headed to S.E.M.O. to work on her bachelor’s degree in education. The scholarship is named for Hugh and Ruby (Weber) Richards and Neil Richards, all of ‘The I-J’ family.
