William “Bill” Ray Fryman

William “Bill” Ray Fryman of Berryman, was born on January 20, 1941, in Goodland, a son of the late Virgil and Eunice (Harbison) Fryman. Bill passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, having reached the age of eighty-one years, three months, and eighteen days.
Bill was united in marriage at Potosi United Methodist Church to Phyllis Nickelson on December 16, 1960, and they shared 61 years together. He was the past owner and operator of Bill Fryman Auto Sales and Old Tyme Antiques. He enjoyed always going to the Berryman store to visit.
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his wife, Phyllis Fryman; children, Debbie Hochstatter (husband, Jeff), Rob Fryman (wife, Brenda), Jennifer Oberley (husband, Scott); grandchildren, Myles Fryman (wife, Joanna), Holli Malugen (husband, John), Morgan Fryman (Fiance, Megan), J.T. Hochstatter (wife, Katie), Allison Oberley and Ashlyn Oberley; great-grandchildren, Austyn, Witten, Lennon, Teagan, Hazel, and Charlotte; siblings, Charlene Rayfield (husband, Dean) Jeffalene Gunning (husband, Tom); in-laws, Sharon and Ron Fryman, Jennifer Gale and Ralph Rulo; special friends: Paula and Emerald Pitts, and Rick and Roxana Heidbrier; and many nieces and extended family members.
In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Fryman; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law: Bob and Mary Nickelson; sister-in-law, Carol Sue Nickelson.
Visitation for Bill was Friday, May 13th from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Visitation continued on Saturday, May 14th from 9 to 10 a.m. at DeClue Funeral Home.
A funeral service was Saturday, May 14th at 10 a.m. in the DeClue Memorial Chapel, officiated by Elder Leonard Compton. Interment followed at Ottery Cemetery in Belleview.
DeClue Funeral Home was honored to have served and ministered to the family and friends of Bill Fryman.
