Kingston Will Hold Parade to Honor Veterans Nov. 11th

Kingston K-14 School District will be honoring Veterans with an on-campus Parade of Vehicles on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11 at 9 a.m.
Veterans from around the area are cordially invited to attend. Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, Kingston will not be able to hold its annual indoor event, opting instead for Veterans to be honored with a parade around the campus.

Veterans and occupants in vehicles will be served a boxed breakfast when they line up in the main building parking lot before the parade begins. Students will line the parade route to cheer for our veterans. Hopefully, the weather will fully cooperate.
This will be the 18th annual event for the Kingston K-14 School District to honor local Veterans, even though this year’s event will be a unique one-of-a-kind special occasion.

Kingston is asking Veterans to RSVP by calling the Superintendent’s office at 573.438.4982 ext. 880 during regular school hours. Please let the office know how many people will be in each vehicle for an accurate breakfast count.
