Trojan Track Recognized For Post Season Honors

Coach Amanda Politte, Potosi High School Track, reported several members of the team earned post season honors by their contested places for the District and State events.

Coach Politte said, “We’ve got a really challenging Conference, and the All Conference records show that. We have a big variety of school size and program size.”

“I’m really proud of all our student athletes this year. We’ve got a lot of great kids and they really did well across the board - not just running, but field events, too.”

Coach Politte was happy to recognize not only the teams’ success on the field but also in the classroom.

There are 19 Academic All State Trojans for Track this year, including: Zane West, Ava Robart, Alex Smith, Allison Land, Aubree Wilson, Nate Robinson, Annie McCaul, Kalie Thompson, Connor Gibson, Tanner Gibson, Gage Mosier, Gavin Portell, Luke Brabham, Zeke Sisk, Celeste Sansegraw, Lauryn Reed, Alize Litton, Kya Gibson and Kaydence Gibson.
