M. Sean Carl

M. Sean Carl, of Farmington, entered into eternal rest on August 3, 2022, at Barnes Jewish Hospital at the age of 54. He was born on October 20, 1967, in Potosi to the late Kenneth and Joyce (Lowery) Carl. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lydia Cash and his uncle, Orla Kemp.
Sean is survived by his son, Dylan Carl, his brother, Christopher (Mary Pat) Carl, his nieces and nephews, Molly (Solomon) Cormier, Margaret Carl, John Carl, and Patrick Carl, his aunt, Janet Kemp, his uncle, Donnie Carl, his brother-in-law, Ken Cash, along with many friends.
Sean graduated from Lindenwood University where he received a master’s degree in Theater. He worked as a customer service representative for Verizon Wireless for many years. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrow in St. Louis. Sean enjoyed music, playing the guitar, theater and was an avid reader. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A memorial visitation was held on Friday, August 12th from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel officiated by Father William Thess.
