David Edward Madry

David Edward Madry of Park Hills was born on March 1, 1970 in Ellisville, a son to the late Albert and Martha (Hanlon) Madry. David passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, having reached the age of fifty-two years, seven months, and four days.
Those who remain to cherish his memory include his wife, Melissa Madry; son, Blake Madry; stepdaughter, Tiffany Edgar; five grandchildren, Taylor, Brody, Jace, Ava, and Olivia; siblings, Laura King, Kathleen Oloyed (husband, Gary); Donald Raymond Madry, Christina Patterson, Leslie VanDyke, Debra Skyles (husband, Lee); nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many very close friends.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Steve King, and Thomas Patterson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Willis and Delores McWiliams.
Dave had the biggest heart to help others. He was a true friend who was a man of his word. Dave loved his family, especially his grandkids, nieces, and nephews. He was a football fan, particularly Kansas City Chiefs. Dave enjoyed deer hunting, disc golf and found joy in joking with everyone—he could tell the funniest jokes. Dave had a contagious sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him.
Visitation was Saturday, October 15th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi. A funeral service immediately followed at 1 p.m., officiated by Bro. Carl Wilson. Interment was held at Redbud Memorial Gardens in Potosi.
DeClue Funeral Home was honored to have served the family of Mr. David Madry.
