Elnora Fay Jones-Fowler

Fay Jones-Fowler of Mineral Point was born on September 5, 1937 in Mineral Point, a daughter of the late Herman and Laura Eunice (Missey) Drennen. Elnora passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 1, 2020 having reached the age of eighty-three years, one month and twenty-seven days.

Elnora will be missed by all who knew and loved her including her five children, Wesley Kean and wife Brenda, Lloyd Kean and wife Michelle, Debra McMahan and husband Vernon, Nancy Zettler and husband Joe, Lance Jones and wife Brandy; ten grandchildren, Jessica Henderson and Joe, Christina Ketcherside husband Brad, Vicky Kean, Amanda Goff and husband Brian, Amy Brown and husband James, Misty Cain and husband Eric, Melissa Heape and husband Josh, Lee Zettler and wife Lisa, Casey Jones, and Marilyn Jones; numerous great grandchildren; special friends, Ed Fowler and Donald Fowler; two siblings, Leona Kean and Shirley Kean and husband Floyd; sister-in-law Betty Drennen; also surviving are many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, Elnora was preceded in death by her first husband Arthur Kean; second husband Lester Jones; four siblings, Eugene Drennen and wife Laverna, Evelyn Downard and husband Harold, Carl Drennen and Irvin Drennen; brother-in-law Eddie Kean.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 5th from 5 to 8 P.M. at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation resumed on Friday, November 6th from 9 to 11 A.M.

A Funeral service was held on Friday, November 6th at 11 A.M. at the DeClue Chapel, officiated by Pastor Robert Wade. Interment and final prayers were held at New Diggins Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to DeClue Funeral Home.
