Flag Retirement Ceremony Held By Local Scouts At Potosi Elks Lodge #2218 Sat., Nov. 12th, 2022

The local Scouts held a Flag Retirement ceremony. The impressive ceremony was part of Ethan Foster’s Eagle Scout Project that he will complete by Spring. He is also installing a drop box for retired flags at the Elks.
