Ashtin Rose Harlan

Ashtin Rose Harlan, of Potosi departed this life on Friday, September 26, 2024 at Mercy South Hospital at the age of 23. Ashtin was born on June 27, 2001 in Los Alamitos, California.
Ashtin had such a kind and caring soul. He enjoyed many simple pleasures in life, such as collecting elephants and dinosaurs. More than anything, Ashtin was passionate about being an Emergency Medical Technician. Ashtin began working for the Washington County Ambulance District on October 30, 2023, after serving the Iron County Ambulance District. He was set to graduate as Valedictorian in December from the Mineral Area EMS Education Program as a Paramedic.
Those who remain to cherish Ashtin's memory include, spouse, Mercadies "Sadie" Harlan; mother, Kathleen Kennedy; brother, Eamon Caton; in-laws, Matt and Brenda Harlan; special uncles, aunts, cousins, and Washington County Ambulance District family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m., held at DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi. Interment was held in Hopewell Cemetery. Ashtin received honors from the EMS Funeral Response Team and the Washington County Ambulance Team. DeClue Funeral Home was honored to care for Ashtin's family during this difficult time.
