Michael was a man who lived for adventure and the outdoors. Whether he was casting a line in the water, hunting, or setting up camp under the stars, he found joy in nature. His love for barbecue, horse races, and the excitement of I-55 race track brought him many moments of fun and laughter. Riding his side by side around the lake property gave him a sense of freedom, where he could connect with the beauty of his surroundings.
But more than anything, Michael cherished his time with family. He loved hanging out with his children and grandchildren, especially when he could share his passion for hunting and fishing with them. Those moments spent together on the water or in the woods were some of his most treasured memories. His adventurous spirit and devotion to family will be remembered by all who knew and loved him. Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill. His funeral was held on Wednesday, October 30th at 10 a.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary.
