Larry Strauser

Larry Joe Strauser of Potosi was born January 17, 1963 in Cadet a son to the late Harry Strauser and Nancy Ada Strauser - McAntire. Larry departed this life Friday, January 15, 2021 having reached the age of 57 years, 11 months and 29 days.

Larry is survived by his brothers, Donald “Don” Strauser and wife Louise of Mineral Point, Eddie Strauser of Potosi; sister, Sherry Peck of Cadet and many other relatives and dear and special friends.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Strauser; sister, Audrey and niece, Amy Strauser.

Larry was a hard worker and did not quit until the job was done. He worked for Gilster Mary Lee for many years and was proud of his work. He had a passion for music and loved to sing and play songs with his friends and family. Throughout his life, his family was his rock and every moment he spent with them was precious. His memory will be cherished forever by those he loved.

Visitation for Larry was held Monday, January 25th from 11 A.M. - 1 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi.

A Memorial Service was held Monday, January 25th at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi with Bro. Don Strauser officiating.

Burial and final prayers took place at Horine Cemetery in Richwoods.

All services were under the care and direction of Moore Funeral Home in Potosi.
