John Paul Fowler

John Paul Fowler of Cadet was born on July 8, 1974, a son to John Thomas Fowler and the late Rita Ann (Bourbon) Davis. On June 27, 2015, he was united in marriage to Mercedes Anne Koster and they shared five years together. John departed this life on Sunday, January 31, 2021 having reached forty-six years of age.

John is survived by his wife, Mercedes Fowler; three children, Nicholas Fowler (Bethany Coleman), David Wayne Brooks and Olivia Ann Fowler; father, John T. (Katie) Fowler; two brothers, David Fowler and William Fowler; a grandchild, Maddox Fowler; and many dear family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Rita A. Davis, John is preceded in death by his grandparents and brother, Russell Fowler.

A memorial visitation for John was held on Wednesday, February 10th at DeClue Funeral Home from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Services began at 1 p.m. with Elder Mike Jarvis officiating.
