From May 4, 1950 Edition... Dies in St. Louis Hospital Daisy Mae Vance

Mrs. Daisy Mae Vance, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Moon, was born Sept. 26, 1895, and died in Firmin Desloge Hospital on April 23, 1950. She was united in marriage to Hiram T. Vance on June 20, 1917. To this union 3 children were born, namely- Mrs. Wm. Harmon Jr. of St. Louis James and Dorothy Vance of Potosi, four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Declue, Mrs, Geo. Wilson, Mrs. Ed Fitzwater of St. Louis, Mrs. B. F. Declue of Potosi, five brothers Floyd Moon, Tom Moon of St. Louis, Sterling and Fred Moon of Potosi, Bert of Winegarten, 2 grandchildren and many other relatives.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Wm. Moss at Pentecostal Church of God in Potosi, April 25, at 11 a.m. Burial was in the Potosi Masonic cemetery under direction of Sparks Funeral Home.
