Fred J. Highley

Fred J. Highley age 64 of Overland Park, Kansas entered into eternal rest on April 4, 2021 in Kansas City, Mo.

Fred was born on May 25, 1956 in St. Louis to his late parents Elbert and Isabelle (Frydach) Highley. Fred was a Vice President at Talley Communications, a supplier of wireless communications and mobile products. Fred was a Veteran having served in the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed his family, friends, electronics and sports.

He was preceded in death by brothers, Ronald Fredock and Larry Highley.  He is survived by brothers, Elbert John Highley Jr., Maynard Highley and sister Laureen (Robert) Highley Nichols as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, April 30, 2021, Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd., St. Louis, MO 63125.
