Flora R. Cash

Flora R. Cash of Potosi was born on June 1, 1927 in Lesterville, a daughter of the late William and Rettie (Hughes) Harry. In June of 1951, Flora was united in marriage to Albert Lee Cash and they shared nearly thirty nine years together. Flora went to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 having reached the age of ninety-three years, three months and twenty-nine days.

In addition to her father and mother, Flora was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert Cash on January 29, 1990; dear son, James Ronald Cash; four siblings, Marie Veal, Patsy Higgins, Richard Harry and Peggy Reams.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her two grandchildren, Kelly Cash-Harrison and Shane Cash; three great-grandchildren: Chelsea Cash, Cheyanne (John) Gilmore and Mark Harrison; agreat great grandson, Blaine Smith, nieces: Darlene Turnbough and Sandy Ketcherside; also surviving are extended family members and dear friends who loved her.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd from 5 to 8 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home. Visitation resumed on Sunday, October 4th, from 12 to 1 p.m.

Funeral services to honor Flora were held on Sunday, October 4th at 1 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home, officiated by Pastor Wren. Interment and final prayers were held at Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
