HIGHWAYS OF HISTORY RECOGNIZED ‘TRAIL OF TEARS’ – The Highways of History Project recently recognized the Cherokee Trail Roadside Park memorial at Long Park in Farmington. The group will recognize the Trail of Tears passage through the Village of Caledonia this Saturday, July 10th, 2021. The event in Caledonia will recognize the trail of the Cherokee and also the Bicentennial for the State of Missouri.
