Virgina Lalumondiere

Virgina (Yarbrough) Lalumondiere, known by all as “Ginny”, of Potosi was born November 6, 1948 in St. Louis a daughter to the late William Yarbrough and Oda Maye (Wilson) Yarbrough. Ginny departed this life Saturday, July 17, 2021 having reached the age of 72 years, 8 months and 11 days.

On March 29, 1969, Ginny was united in marriage to Joseph Lalumondiere and they were blessed with 52 wonderful years together.

Ginny is survived by her loving husband, Joseph; daughter, Stephanie Broyles and husband Robert of Rolla; son, Charles Lalumondiere of Potosi; grandchildren, Denise, Seth, Abigail, Garrett, Michael, Emily; great grandchildren, Gabe, Ace, Amelia, Ava; in-laws, George Lalumondiere, Helen Francis and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Ginny was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Kay Yarbrough and brothers, William and Glen Yarbrough.
Ginny loved unconditionally and kept others in her thoughts and prayers. She was faithful member of the Missionary Baptist Church and helped with many church activities. She loved to sew, make doll clothes, refinish furniture and could accomplish anything she set her mind to. Her family and friends were her pride and joy. She will be remembered for her kind heart, love and kindness and be deeply missed by all the lives she touched.
Visitation for Ginny was held Wednesday, July 21st from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 21st at 1 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home in Potosi with Rev. Mike Jarvis officiating.

Burial and final prayers took place at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Potosi. Serving as pallbearers were Seth Lalumondiere, Neal Broyles, Garrett Wacker, Michael Wacker, Kris Lungsford and Kenny Allen.

All services were under the care and direction of Moore Funeral Home in Potosi.
