Dorothy “Jane” Rasnick

Dorothy “Jane” Rasnick of Potosi, Missouri, was born on March 4, 1951, in St Louis to the late Edward Lee Maxwell and Gladys Jane Key. Jane passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021, having reached the age of seventy years, five months, and two days.

Those who remain to cherish her memory include her son, Matterson (Carla) Rasnick; four grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kaleb, Karter and Valleigh Rasnick; brother, James (Pam) Maxwell; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Gladys Maxwell; husband, Terry Rasnick; and sister, Pat Maxwell.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 10th from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at DeClue Funeral Home, Potosi. Visitation continued from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11th.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 11,th at 11 a.m. at the DeClue Memorial Chapel with Pastor Matthew Sheckles officiating.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted to the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
