5TH ANNUAL - 1ST For State . . . RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS IN STATE OF MISSOURI!

Now an Officially Recognized Day in the State of Missouri –
August 31st is Random Acts of Kindness Day!
This is a proclaimed holiday in Washington County, and now also in the State of Missouri, created in honor of suicide and depression awareness.
We are encouraging every citizen to do some sort of random act of kindness on this day, whether it be something small such as carrying someone’s groceries for them or paying for someone’s food in the drive-thru. Please keep in mind our current health issues and stay safe while encouraging others!
Be creative and let’s come together as a community! You may never know if this one act of kindness prevented someone from making a choice that they cannot take back. Please join us in a random act of kindness on August 31st!
This day is marked in memory of everyone our community and the State of Missouri has lost to this terrible disease!
Doing a good deed is good for both the receiver and the giver!
